How To Feel Sexy Even If You Are Fat

1. Exercise. All women agree on this one: a little bit of a workout works wonders not only on your figure, but your overall health. Don't focus only on losing weight. Instead, after consulting your doctor, start a workout focusing on cardiovascular health and toning your muscles. A woman weighing 190 with 36% body fat looks different than a woman of the same weight with 22% body fat.

2. Good hygiene. Being overweight is completely acceptable. Smelling atrocious or being grimy is not. Pamper yourself with this: get a manicure, get a flattering new hairstyle, but make your natural self, not your clothing,be what makes you.

3. Find flattering styles. Depending on your facial structure and the distribution of your weight, this all varies, for both clothing and hair. With a hairstyle, consult a trained stylist. In clothing, look for a proper fit: your clothing should generally be feminine and a looser fit. That is not to say "baggy", however if you have a tiny waist, accentuate that with a cinched waist instead of wearing a shirt that is not only tight at the waist, but also tight across the stomach.
*If it does not fit the way you would like, and you have sewing experience, alter it until you do not see fat bulges or flab. If not, tailors are incredible!

4. Shift the focus away from your weight and to your personality. Add individual style to your clothing and self. A beautiful pair of earrings, or a pretty pair of shoes - they all say something about you. Go for beautiful.

5. Refrain from showing too much skin. This is distasteful on anyone. Wear long or elbow-sleeved shirts or wear light jackets, and knee-length skirts. Most everyone has nice fore-arms and calves, and paired with a flattering cut shirt, this is a lovely way to show off your beauty.

6. Smile. If you think you are beautiful, so will everyone else. Show off those pearly whites! If they're not pearly, get some whitening toothpaste, yellow teeth are a major no-no.

7. Push your stomache in a little. This is a a very clever technique because if you push your tummy in a little your back will be automaticly straight so you wont have to worry about how to always keep your back straight but at the same time NEVER over do it because then it will show and look horrible so just push it in a LITTLE.

8. Keep your back straight. You really gain respect and beauty when doing this if not you would be Ms Hunchback and for some reason curved back really makes people ugly.

9. Try using a little make up but look natural in the process. Use a little - I recommend only eye liner/kohl , mascara and a little foundation.

10. Get a new perfume, some new jewelry, new shoes. Hey, takeadvantage today and get the things you thought were sexy forothers but not for you.

11. f you are going for an early night ***WINK WINK*** Candles make you look great at any size. And YES there is sexy lingerie for BBW's so look around. I have lots of cute and sexy sets and im a BBW so don't stick to plain old underwear. Of course its not always planned so no matter where or when you happen to be getting frisky don't lay there thinking....he can see my stomach, OMG my butt is big. He could see what size you were when you was dressed, he's not blind. Think wow im good, damn I look great.

ONE TIP IF ITS A PLANNED NIGHT OF PASSION: If your eating before you get naughty stick to small portions. Passion on a full stomach feels rough believe me. That's the same for all woman of every size.

12. Last but not least: do not use the excuse of having kids, being busy, feeling down, or just feeling like your to big stop you looking good. If you start improving how you look and feel, your whole life will change for better not worse. If other bigger woman can look great when there busy why cant you? And no money is not an excuse either ... yes plus size shops are a bit over the top with there prices but if you have a car, bus/train ticket or internet you have thousands of shops at your feet.

Fat Girls Fat Women

Dealing with food addiction
Anna Lynn C. Sibal

Modern societys image of the beautiful woman is someone who fits a certain size, usually size 6 or smaller, someone with a certain kind of bone structure, someone with a certain kind of face. This image is glorified in many, many fashion magazines such as Cosmopolitan, Elle and Vogue. This image is, unfortunately, not true for the average woman, who has to struggle with size 8 or bigger, who does not have the same delicate bone structure, who does not have the particular kind of face that one would see on a model.
Not all of us are born to fit such an image of what is considered the beautiful woman. In fact, very, very few fit that given image at all. And yet, there are so many women out there who try desperately to fit that image, who will try all means available to them and that which they can afford just to be able to fit that image. Sadly, despite whatever measure we might take, some of us are just that: fat.
If we are not genetically predisposed to being overweight, there are other reasons why we are carrying around extra flesh on our bodies. It could be because we are addicted to food. And while this is not a general or a blanket statement on why women are fat, it could be because we basically have issues with ourselves that we cannot face, and we hide behind the comfort that food brings us whenever we had to deal with something that we find truly stressful.
Examine yourself. Are you fat because your genes have dictated that your body should be formed that way? Are you fat because you are lazy? Or are you fat because you cannot stop eating?
That character from the Austin Powers series of movies, the one they have named Fat Bastard, captured it so poignantly with this line: I eat because I am unhappy, and I am unhappy because I eat. Is it that case for you too?
If you are one of us, one of those women who are afflicted with food addiction, the first step towards recovery always involves recognition. Recognize and admit to yourself that you have an issue that you need to deal with and that you are using food to cover up for the fear, the anxiety and the sadness that you feel whenever you are forced to face something you do not want to handle.
Once you have gotten a handle of the situation, the next step would be to determine what gives you so much stress and anxiety, enough to turn to the comfort of food. More often than not, it has something to do with self-image. If it is indeed the case, that your food addiction has something to do with self-image, then the next step would be to embrace what you are and accept that you cannot be what you are not.
Most importantly, do not take this journey of ridding yourself with food addiction alone. It is so very easy to fall back into the old pattern of bingeing after being upset with something if you are dealing with it alone. Seek help with a counselor or a support group. There are others like us, like you; you need not go through this all alone.
